How to Remove "Activate Windows" Watermark in Windows 10

Here is a guide that will allow you to remove the "Activate Windows" watermark from your desktop in Windows 10 using a command line code.

Please note that the command below will need to be run again, in case if the watermark comes back again after a reboot.

How to Remove "Activate Windows" in Windows 10

  1. Go to your Windows search bar and type "CMD"
  2. Find the "Command Prompt" icon and right-click it.
  3. Select "Run as Administrator"
  4. In the opened command prompt window, type: bcdedit -SETTESTING OFF
  5. Reboot your PC and enjoy no watermark
